This session alone may have changed my mind about shooting in the snow. Most people, who know me, know that I'm not a "snow person". If it were sunny and 70 degrees and snowing...I may change my mind. But that's not how it works. However, I absolutely loved getting to shoot this session, even if it was cold and snowy. Chelsea and I met in Radford to traipse through the snow and dodge ice on the pavement. I loved her outfit choices...fun scarfs, headbands and pops of color. She was such a champ for braving the cold and the wind to come out and shoot with me. Luckily, it was a snow day for Christiansburg High School, where Chelsea is a junior, otherwise we may not have been able to meet for her shoot. I am one lucky photographer. I’m so thankful for clients who will stand out in cold, brave the wind of winter and let me photograph them. So who’s next? I’m only hoping for snow again this winter so that I have the chance to shoot more snow portraits. |
One of my favorites! Seriously I love this shot.
