At the end of a dirt road Taylor and Jeremy read their vows to one another. Jeremy recalled driving Taylor home from Track practice when they were in high school and making her listen to a country song about a dirt road. He joking reminded her of the irony of them saying "I do" at the end of a dirt road as the smell of fresh cut hay filled the air. Their wedding day was filled with sentimental pieces of their families history. Taylor wore a pair of earrings that her grandfather gifted her grandmother. Those same earrings were the ones that Taylor's mother wore on her wedding day. Three generations have worn these earrings. As a part of her bridal shower, Taylor asked that her guest bring a broach for her. She turned them into her bouquet. Every person that brought her a broach was represented in their wedding and she carried them with her. Their wedding was held at Beliveau Estate Winery outside of the Blacksburg, VA. And their day was filled with so much joy and I was honored to be a part of it. |
