Oh Hannah and Cameron…your DIY rustic wedding day at Diamond V Farms was beautiful! I’ve known Cameron since high school and I was so glad to meet Hannah when they initially contacted me about shooting their wedding. And I was so excited about not only their big day but their engagement session and Hannah’s bridal portraits (Click here to see their engagement shoot and here to see Hannah’s bridals).
Something I was looking so forward to, was getting to shoot at a new venue. I got to see it first at the bridal session for Hannah and I couldn’t wait to go back and shoot the wedding. Diamond V Farm in Blue Ridge, VA is gorgeous y’all! A beautiful rustic country venue facing the mountains, sigh…I would love to call that home. Cameron and Hannah’s wedding day was filled with amazing “diy” touches, tears and so much happiness...and a little rain. Throughout the morning, Hannah and Cameron exchanged gifts to one another and it was great to see the others face when they realized they both were secretly planning little surprises throughout the day. Once it was time for the “first look”, they were both so excited to see each other. Cameron wrote a letter to his future bride and she gave him two pins with pictures of his grandparents in memory of them. It was beautiful! By the time the ceremony rolled around it had started to drizzle rain, but that didn't stop their friends |
Hannah and Cameron, I have enjoyed all of my time with you over the past several months and I am honored to have been a part of your amazing day!
